DGC activities

Apart of doing teaching and research DGC is involved in other activities. In addition it provides courses, consultancy for industry partners and provides technical solutions in GNSS related activities. Below is a short description of few of activities. Follow the links for more thorough descriptions of these activities.

GPS reference station

DGC operates a GPS reference receiver which continuosly logs position data. These data are free to use for anyone and can be downloaded following the link to the AAU GPS reference station.

softGPS project

softGPS started as Matlab SDR software for a book. Today here can be found GNSS signal records, follow-up information on evolution of this software and educational material about GNSS SDR and more. More details at the project homepage...

The Easy Suite

The Easy Suite is Matlab code for the GPS newcomer. The author and maintainer of the Easy Suite is professor Kai Borre. The suite can be found here.

Galileo Netværket

Dansk GPS Center, Aalborg Universitet, tog initiativ til etablering af et netværk fortrinsvist for små og mellemstore danske virksomheder, der er interesserede i vidensopbygning om det planlagte Galileo navigationssystem.

Netværket mål er at sikre, at danske industrielle virksomheder har den nødvendige faglige viden den dag, systemet er en realitet. Galileo vil have faciliteter og services, som er nye i forhold til GPS, og dette vil være interessant for mange danske firmaer.
